Five individuals have been arrested in connection with the murder of advocate Ravi Melinamani on Wednesday. The car hit Melinamani’s scooter from behind, causing him to become trapped under the vehicle. The attackers then dragged him for approximately 2 kilometers before dumping his body at Managuli Road graveyard.

The murder was reported by Prakash Melinakeri, the victim’s brother. During the investigation, it was revealed that Tulasiram Pandit Harijan, the primary suspect, planned the murder after Melinakeri had threatened him over a previous dispute. Harijan was aided by Alex Gollar, Prakash Gollar, Shanmukh Naduvinakeri, Saddam, Murugesh Ullagaddi, and Amin Shaikh. So far, Alex, Naduvinakeri, Prakash, and Ullagaddi have been arrested, with efforts ongoing to locate the remaining suspects.
