After being granted bail, former Jharkhand Chief Minister and Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) leader Hemant Soren emphasized the courage of the state’s people, reassuring that there is no need to fear anyone. Speaking to reporters, Soren acknowledged the challenges faced by tribal communities, farmers, and minorities, drawing parallels with the struggles of Bhagwan Birsa Munda. He highlighted that despite attempts to intimidate, the people of Jharkhand remain resilient. Soren also addressed ongoing societal challenges, affirming his commitment to advancing the aspirations and cultural integrity of future generations. He was released from Birsa Munda Jail following a bail order from the Jharkhand High Court, amidst allegations related to a land scam and money laundering investigation by the Directorate of Enforcement (ED) since January.
