India’s Rayhan Thomas secured his second top-10 finish on the Asian Tour, tying for seventh place at the International Series Thailand on Monday. He finished three strokes off the lead after 54 holes.

The UAE-based golfer struggled to maintain his impressive form from the previous rounds, where he shot 63 and 64. On the final day, he carded a 2-under 68, bringing his total to 16-under par. Thomas recorded four birdies, three of which came in a strong finish between the 14th and 17th holes.

Other Indian players in the tournament included Gaganjeet Bhullar, who finished tied for 19th with a score of 67, and Karandeep Kochhar, who also shot 67 to end up tied for 24th.

Chinese-Taipei’s Lee Chieh-po claimed his first title on the Asian Tour, making a remarkable comeback to surpass favorite Peter Uihlein. Lee birdied the last two holes, finishing with a seven-under-par 63 for a total of 21-under. Uihlein, who led from the second day, finished tied for second with Canadian Richard T. Lee, who carded a 62.

Next up is the BNI Indonesian Masters, where Gaganjeet Bhullar will defend his championship title.
