In a operation conducted within the jurisdiction of Jeevan Bhima Nagar police station, authorities arrested two individuals following a tip-off regarding suspected prostitution activities at a hotel located in Amara Jyoti Layout.

Acting on the information received, the police employed an informant as a decoy to engage with the accused allegedly running the illicit business. Through coordinated efforts, a deal was struck over the phone, and instructions were followed as directed by the accused individual.

Subsequently, a raid was conducted at the hotel premises after the decoy failed to emerge. Upon interrogation, a man stationed at the reception counter was questioned, and another individual was observed bringing young women to the establishment. It was revealed that the latter individual intended to facilitate the operation by attracting customers and overseeing the business.

During the operation, a victim was rescued from one of the hotel rooms, shedding light on the harrowing reality faced by vulnerable individuals coerced into prostitution under false promises of financial gain.

A case has been officially registered at JB Nagar police station. Investigations have unveiled the exploitative tactics employed to lure unsuspecting girls into the illicit trade. Authorities have vowed to issue a police notice to ensure further action against those involved in the reprehensible exploitation of vulnerable individuals.
