All preparations are underway for the Karnataka Rajyotsava celebrations in the border district. MES leaders on the other hand are holding secret meetings to observe the black day.  Deputy Commissioner  Nitesh Patil has issued an order barring three Ministers and an MP from the Maharashtra government from entering the city and district on Rajyotsava day.

Especially in the city, Rajyotsava celebrations are held in a grand manner.  At the same time, MES has been trying to hurt the self-respect of Kannadigas by observing black day for many years. Deputy Commissioner Nitesh Patil, who has put a stop to this time too, has said that he will not allow the black day to be allowed.

Now, the Deputy Commissioner has gone a step further and after campaigning in Tilakwadi Police station limits, he has received information that the MES will hold a meeting at Maratha Mandir. Maharashtra Ministers Shambhuraje Desai, Chandrakant Patil, Deepak Kesarkar and MP Dhairyasheel Mane are expected to attend the meeting. Hence, the four have been barred from entering the city as well as district.
