The All Karnataka State Government Women Employees Association is being established in the press club hall and organized a media conference on this issue. All Karnataka State Government Women Employees Association President Mrs. Roshinigowda and Honorary President Mrs. Geetamani, General Secretary Mrs. Sasikala.K. Treasurer Mrs. Jayashila N. And State Secretary BA Chaitra participated. President Mrs. Roshani Gowda said that the right of gender equality is asserted in the Constitution of India created by Dr. BR Ambedkar. She has performed well as a woman President and a woman Prime Minister. The State Government Women Employees Association has been formed to respond to the problems of women government employees in this regard because women understand the pains and sufferings of women. There are 2.50 lakh women employees in the state government and the membership drive will be started from today. Our association responds to the grievances of government women employees and bring them to the attention of the concerned officials and discuss with the departments to provide justice. To inculcate the feeling of equality, superiority, brotherhood of interest, camaraderie for women employees. Free legal assistance to women employees in case of trouble from others, service matters including KCSR rules of conduct, family welfare, insurance scheme, small savings, childcare leave etc. to make women employees aware.
