Mother Takes Extreme Step To Protect Herself From Abusive Son

In a heartbreaking incident that unfolded in Chikkabanavara’s Janata Colony, a mother resorted to a desperate measure to defend herself from her abusive son, resulting in his untimely demise. The deceased has been identified as Chand Pasha, aged 40, who had been living with his mother since their separation from his wife 16 years ago.
On Monday, at approximately 4 pm, Pasha returned home intoxicated and positioned himself near the entrance. A heated argument ensued between him and his mother, intensifying the already distressing situation. Exhausted from enduring Pasha’s persistent torment, his mother, overcome by a sense of helplessness, poured kerosene on him and set him ablaze. Tragically, Pasha succumbed to his injuries. The police have since transferred the deceased’s body to Victoria Hospital for post-mortem examination.
It has been revealed that Pasha would frequently arrive home in an inebriated state and engage in altercations with his mother. His behavior had taken an emotional toll on Sophia, the mother, who finally reached a breaking point and decided to teach him a lesson. Tragically, the outcome of this endeavor resulted in an unimaginable tragedy. In light of the circumstances, a case of murder has been registered against Sophia under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC). The authorities are investigating the matter to gather all pertinent details surrounding the incident.
