The incident of arresting a minor who came near the room of female students and was harassing them, took place in Sadashivnagar police station in Bengaluru. The accused harassed three young women, including a student from Bihar, who was coming home at around 9 PM. A 23-year-old student from Bihar and her two friends were coming to a house in AGS Layout, Sadashivnagar, when a minor was standing near the door of the house and masturbating. Seeing the accused, the young women immediately entered the room and locked the door. When asked who it was, the accused said his name and said that he would give sexual satisfaction. He tried to open the door saying perversely that if they will not open the door, he will show the video. After the frightened young women called their friends and called them to the spot, the accused filed from the spot. With the help of friends, the police registered a case based on the complaint filed by the young women at the Sadashivanagar police station and arrested the minor accused and sent him to the government children’s temple.
