The much-anticipated romantic comedy ‘Emakku Thozhil Romance’, starring Ashok Selvan, has had its release postponed. Originally set to premiere in theaters on Friday, the makers announced on Wednesday that the release would be delayed, citing heavy rains forecasted for Tamil Nadu in the coming days as the reason.
Directed by newcomer Balaji Kesavan, the film also stars Avantika Mishra, Urvashi, Azhagam Perumal, MS Bhaskar, Bagavathi Perumal, and Badava Gopi. The movie’s trailer, released in May, gave a glimpse into a lighthearted comedy featuring Ashok as an aspiring filmmaker, setting the stage for a series of humorous mix-ups.
‘Emakku Thozhil Romance’ boasts a talented production team, with Ganesh Chandra handling cinematography, I Jerome Alen in charge of editing, lyrics by Mohan Rajan, and music by Nivas K Prasanna.
