In a recent interview, Alia Bhatt shared that she has Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD), which affects her ability to spend more than 45 minutes in a makeup chair. This is why she opted for a minimal makeup look for her wedding.
ADD, a type of Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), is characterized by persistent inattention or hyperactivity-impulsivity, often impacting daily functioning and development. Alia explained in her conversation with ‘Allure’, ‘I have ADD and don’t have interest in investing too much time. Whatever needs to happen needs to happen fast.’
She recounted a humorous moment from her wedding day, saying, ‘My makeup artist Puneet B. Saini asked for two hours, and I told her, ‘You’ve lost it. I’m not giving you two hours because I want to chill.’‘
Alia married her ‘Brahmastra’ co-star Ranbir Kapoor in April 2022, surrounded by close family and friends after dating for over five years. The couple welcomed their daughter, Raha, on November 6 of the same year. On the professional front, Alia is set to star in Vasan Bala’s ‘Jigra’ alongside Vedang Raina.
