bigbasket hosted the 2nd edition of the ‘Tata Ultra Marathon Promo Run’ at RBANM’s ground near Halasuru Lake, attracting over 2,000 participants. The event focused on the theme #MovingTowardsWellness, promoting fitness and holistic well-being.
The marathon began at 6:00 AM, featuring a scenic route through Bengaluru’s landmarks. Participants chose between a 10K or 16K run, designed to challenge individuals from diverse backgrounds. All finishers received medals, e-certificates, runner kits, and T-shirts.
In line with the wellness theme, bigbasket emphasized organic living by providing organically grown fruits to runners and visitors, coinciding with World Organic Day. This initiative highlights the company’s commitment to promoting healthier lifestyles and environmentally conscious practices.
Dignitaries, including bigbasket Co-Founder VS Ramesh and senior representatives from Tata Sons, attended the event, reinforcing the significance of wellness and sustainability initiatives.
