Former Deputy Chief Minister KS Eshwarappa will relaunch the Rayanna Brigade and Hind Sangathan. A meeting with his supporters was held at a private hotel near Varur Cross in the city, where the decision to restart the organization was made. It was decided to hold a meeting in Vijayapura on August 22 to appoint office bearers for the Bagalkote and Vijayapura districts. A state-level meeting in Bangalore will also be organized on August 22.
Eshwarappa, who has left the BJP, has received support from various leaders and followers. Many who supported him when he first set up the brigade are currently without a political platform. The relaunch of the brigade and Hind Sangathan aims to provide these supporters with a new platform and address their needs. It was suggested that the organization should not be used for political gains but for societal benefits. Eshwarappa promised to remain with his supporters and emphasized the importance of holding a state-level convention in Bangalore with at least 200-300 attendees from each district. He called for rebuilding the brigade and using it to benefit society. The meeting saw participation from leaders such as Mukudappa, former MLA Veerabhadrappa Halaharavi, Siddu Teji, Shivananda Muttannavara, Kashinath Huded, and Veeranna Halegowder
