Special trains of SWR Zone to continue

Southern Railway has said that train number 06101/06102 Ernakulam-Yelahanka-Ernakulam Garib Rath Tri-Weekly Superfast Express special trains will continue with the existing stops, timings and coach combinations to meet the extra traffic during Onam festival.
Train No. 06101 Ernakulam-Yelahanka Tri-Weekly Superfast Special Express has been extended to five trips to September 18, will operate on Sundays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
Train No. 06102 Yelahanka-Ernakulam Tri-Weekly Superfast Express Special Train has been extended upto September 19, operating on Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays. It will also be five trips. Railways informed that the train starting from Ernakulam will also have the facility of bed sheets in air-conditioned coaches.
The service of special express trains plying between Krantiveera Sangolli Rayanna-Hosapet stations in Bengaluru via Ballari bypass route is being extended with existing timings, stops and coach combinations.
Train No. 06243 KSR Bangalore-Hosapet Special Express was earlier notified to run upto 13th September, now extended from 14th September till further orders.
Train no. 06244 Hospet – KSR Bangalore Special Express was earlier advised to run till September 14, now it will be extended from September 15, till further advice, South Western Railway Chief Public Relations Officer Dr Manjunath Kanmadi said in a release.
