On Day 3 of the 14th Hockey India Junior Men National Championship 2024, several teams achieved convincing victories. Hockey Haryana defeated Hockey Jammu & Kashmir 14-0. Nitin scored a hat-trick with goals in the 9th, 18th, and 48th minutes. Amit Khasa, Navraj Singh, Manish Kumar, and Ravi added multiple goals, while Captain Prikshit Panchal, Sunil Maan, and Sahil Ruhal also contributed.
The Hockey Association of Odisha won 13-0 against Assam Hockey. Satish Munda scored four goals, and Deonath Nanwar added a hat-trick. Goals were also scored by Deepak Pradhan, Pratap Toppo, Karan Lakra, and Pradip Mandal.
Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu Hockey won 4-2 over Hockey Arunachal. Anand Kumar Yadav scored twice, with goals also contributed by Akash Gond and Pramod Pal. Ashish Kumar and Piyush Singh scored for Hockey Arunachal.
Hockey Karnataka defeated Hockey Andhra Pradesh 6-1. Goals were scored by KR Gaurav Ganapathy, DR Pavan, Jadhav Pavan Kesu, Aryan Uthappa Mt, Vivek Ravi Bagade, and Captain Sunil PB. Captain Boni Prasanth scored for Andhra Pradesh.
Delhi Hockey edged out Kerala Hockey 4-3. Yuvraj Singh, Ashu Kumar, Rahul, and Harsh Sharma scored for Delhi, while Muhammed Kaif and Anujith P scored for Kerala.
In the final match, the Hockey Unit of Tamil Nadu won 10-2 against Hockey Gujarat. Anand Y scored a hat-trick, supported by M Srinivasan with two goals. Vishal S, Nandha Kumar G, Nithya Prakash M, Arun J, and Rakesh also scored. Yaksh Bhatt and Jay Patel scored for Gujarat.
