The Bengaluru Police have responded to public complaints involving dangerous activities and social media misuse on Friday.
On July 24, a video was posted on the social media platform X, showing individuals performing dangerous motorcycle stunts, known as “wheeling,” on the newly constructed flyover from Marenaahalli to Silkboard. The video, which highlighted the unsafe behavior of the riders, prompted a self-initiated complaint at the SG Palya Police Station. According to a tweet by the Deputy Commissioner of Police, South-East Division, the police have seized the motorcycle and detained three individuals involved in the stunt. The video captioned, At the newly constructed flyover from Marenahalli To Silkboard. These people are really going out of limits and it’s becoming unsafe to travel on the roads. Kindly take action against these goons, led to the police action.
