Actor Sivakarthikeyan’s much talked about collaboration with director AR Murugadoss began earlier in February. The shooting of the film is currently underway in Chennai and the latest buzz is that some high octane action sequences are being shot in the current schedule.
The out-and-out action entertainer has Kannada actress Rukmini Vasanth playin the female lead.
Produced by Tirupati Prasad under the banner Sri Lakshmi Movies, the film is said to have music by Anirudh Ravichander. Malayalam actor Biju Menon has also been roped in to play an important role in the film.
While there were reports that Bollywood actor Vidyut Jammwal is playing the main antagonist in the film, Malayalam superstar Mohanlal is also speculated to be part of this project.
Interestingly, AR Murugadoss would be juggling between ‘SK23’ and his Bollywood film ‘Sikander’ starring Salman Khan. The popular director is apparently also planning to start shooting for the Hindi film later this month in Mumbai.
