The upcoming Tamil film ‘Thug Life’ is one of the most anticipated projects of the year. Directed by Mani Ratnam, the film stars Kamal Haasan in the lead role and the second schedule shooting of the film is now happening in Chennai. While it has been reported that the actor is shooting along with Simbu and Ashok Selvan for their parts of the film, the new buzz is that they are shooting for a kuthu song sequence now.
According to the reports by sources, the film has a mass dance number and the actors are shooting its sequence now. The song is expected to be one of the highlights of the film as it has both Kamal Haasan and Simbu grooving for it together.
The film is an epic period action drama with a raw gangster storyline. The film features an ensemble cast of Kamal Haasan, Trisha, Simbu, Ashok Selvan, Nasser, Abhirami, Joju George, Gautham Karthik, AIshwarya Lekshmi, Pankaj Tripathi and Ali Fazal among others. The music for it is composed by AR Rahman and the film is likely to release in theatres by the end of the year.
