Staying at home during the Covid lockdown, Amrita started writing a book ‘Nanna Gurumbe Sugam’ about her favorite primary school teacher Sushma. The character of the teacher, the companionship between the two, was written into 16 poems.

This book, which was written after sitting for one year, was published by Samvan Publication last year, and Amrita, who wrote the work on 27th February, 2024, has been honored in the India Book of Records.

Amrita, who shared her happiness about this, said, I had a hobby of writing small poems. During the time of Covid, I wrote a work about my favorite teacher Sushma. The teacher was like a mother. I did not know that it would be included in the India Book of Records. After writing the work, I developed more interest in literature.
