A private company in Bangalore is facing a legal challenge as an FIR has been registered against it for allegedly harassing an employee who is living with HIV. The complaint has been lodged at Mico Layout Police Station through the Public Complaints Register (PCR) of the court. The allegations suggest that the company isolated the affected employee due to their HIV status, even going as far as recommending remote work. However, subsequent claims emerged, including allegations of non-attendance, non-payment of salary, and mistreatment.
