The 14th Air Chief Marshal LM Katre Memorial Lecture was organised by Air Force Association (Karnataka Branch), in association with Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) on 14 October 2023, at HAL Management Academy, Bengaluru. General Anil Chauhan, Chief of the Defence Staff and Secretary DMA attended the event as the Chief Guest and keynote speaker. In his keynote address, the CDS highlighted the Inevitability of changes in the Defence Forces and released a souvenir commemorating the 14th Annual Katre Memorial Lecture.
The event was attended by a large number of professionals from the Indian Air Force, DRDO, HAL and members of the private sector. Air Marshal HB Rajaram (Retd), President Air Force Association (AFA) explained the genesis of Annual Katre Memorial Lecture and talked on the immense contribution of the late Air Chief in the growth of aviation in India during his distinguished career span over 42 years in the IAF and the HAL.
