Export will increase country’s income along with foreign exchange. T Dinesh, Joint Director of District Industrial Center said that it will also give encouragement to industries.
He spoke while presiding over the export management training programme organised by Visvesvaraya Business Promotion Center and District Industrial Center at Hotel President of the city on Monday. Every entrepreneur should have the desire to learn something new every day. We exported goods worth 778 million dollars and imported goods worth 860 million dollars. Karnataka ranks 4th in exports. He said that our state should come first in exports.
Government of India has set up Export Promotion Center in every district. There are ample opportunities for setting up industries in Mysore district as well. He said that export should be increased by 5 percent every year.
CS Babu Nagesh, Joint Director of Visvesvaraya Business Promotion Centre, said that they are all young entrepreneurs. Take advantage of the 6-day intensive withdrawal management training. Exports increase the economic returns of industries. He informed that the industry will be able to develop by producing more.
Suresh Kumar Jain, Secretary of Mysore Industrial Association said that an export center is being established in Mysore. The building has already started.
Chairman of Mysore Chamber of Commerce and Industry KB Lingaraju said that any substance we need to export should be chemical free.
