In a significant development, government authorities have undertaken an extensive encroachment clearance operation in Bengaluru, resulting in the reclamation of government land estimated to be worth around Rs 10 crores. The operation targeted Survey No. 28 in Kattigenahalli village, Yelahanka taluk, Jala Hobli, and successfully seized 6.05 acres of government land. This operation serves as a stern warning to land grabbers and the land mafia operating in the region.

The encroachment clearance operation was launched in response to concerns surrounding land ownership and disputes related to Survey No. 28 in Kattigenahalli village, Yelahanka Taluk, Jala Hobli. Gomala Farm was assigned the task of preparing a comprehensive report, backed by relevant documents, to rectify land records and take legal action against unauthorized encroachers. Subsequently, a notice was issued to the defendants, indicating an impending inquiry under Section 104 of the Karnataka Land Revenue Act, 1964.

This successful operation marks the government’s unwavering commitment to reclaim valuable public land from unlawful occupiers.
