Police constable dies of heart attack

A police constable suffered a heart attack while on duty and the policeman died within a few moments at the Newtown Police Station in city.
A young man from Raichur was appointed to Bidar as a police constable 5 years ago. He was serving in Newtown Police Station, leaving behind his entire family. However, a policeman who was preparing for Gandhi Jayanti suffered a heart attack while on duty. They have immediately admitted him to BRIMS Hospital for treatment. However, it is known that the police constable died as he did not respond to the treatment.
The deceased has been identified as police constable Chandrasekhar (28). He belonged to Thalamari village of Raichur taluk. He was appointed to the police department in the batch of 2018. He was working as a civil police constable in district for the last 5 years. Chandrasekhar’s family members were in Raichur. Local fellow police personnel said that it could be due to work pressure. However, the family who lost their son who was supporting the house was informed and they have moved to Bidar. Seeing the dead son, the family was overwhelmed with grief.
