Govt projects must reach out to the last person: R Paramesh

The schemes of government must reach out to the last person, said R Paramesh convener of BJP Beneficiary prakoshta.  After Jansangh, BJP was established on April 6, 1980.  Atal Bihari Vajapayee, assuming charge as the first president of the party, travelled around the country and gave importance for strengthening the organization.

As a result of this, the party has gained power in many states in the country.  The party is bound for developing from the Prime Minister to the level of Grama Panchayat member, he said.

BJP is the largest party in the world having more members.  Activists are the backbone of the party he said.

Senior BJP activist Shantha Somashekar, Gangadhar (Ganganna), Mahadevu (Nalli), Seshaiah, Hinakal Srinivas and the only student representing Karnataka in the Parikshape charcha with Prime Minister Narendra Modi MB Tarun were honoured.

City BJP President TS Srivathsa, Corporator Lakshmi Kirangouda, General Secretary HG Giridhar, Vaneesh Kumar, Somasundar, Incharge Hirendra Sha, State committee member Umesh, Co-convenor Gadhadar, Mamatha, Somashekar, Deepak, Revanna, Sohan Nayak, Srikanta, Bharathi Pashupathi, Poornima Chandrappa, Srinivas, Pradeep, Chetan, Anitha, Nominee corporator KJ Ramesh and Jagadeesh participated.
