In a notable development, T.C. Bred Manju Nath has been elected unopposed as the President of the Bangalore Dakshina Taluk Tavarekere Farmers’ Cooperative Society. Elections were held to decide the positions of both president and vice president within the Tavarekere Krishi Patta Cooperative Society. Manju Nath submitted his nomination papers for the role of president, while Anand M.B.T vied for the post of vice president. The process was overseen by Returning Officer Bamul Adhikari Lokesh. Following the conclusion of nominations, Lokesh announced the results, declaring T.C. Bred Manju Nath as the President and Anand M.B.T as the Vice President. Expressing his commitment to safeguard the interests of the region’s people and farmers, President-elect T.C. Bred Manju Nath pledged to work diligently in securing credit facilities for farmers from the government. The newly elected president and vice president were honored on this occasion, with local leaders and directors of the agricultural cooperative society garlanding them. D. Hanumanthiah, President of the State Okkaligara Association, Former Zilla Panchayat President T.G. Narasimhamurthy, and Director of Tavarekere Krishi Pattin Cooperative Society Bangalore, Ahmed Khan, along with several other prominent individuals, graced the event with their presence.
