Air Officer Commanding-In-Chief, Training Command IAF Visits IAF Medical Establishments

Air Marshal R Radhish, Air Officer Commanding-in-Chief (AOC-in-C), Training Command, IAF visited Command Hospital Air Force Bengaluru (CHAFB), Medical Training Centre (MTC), Air Force Institute of Dental Sciences (AFIDS), and No-1 Rapid Action Medical Team (RAMT) located at Agram, Bengaluru from 31 August to  02 September 2023. Air Vice Marshal Subramaniam Shankar Commandant, CHAFB, received him. On arrival, the AOC-in-C was presented with an impressive Guard of Honour. During his visit, the Air Marshal visited various departments of CHAFB, No-1 RAMT, and ECHS polyclinic. He appreciated the efforts of all air warriors towards excellent patient care given by the flagship hospital of the Indian Air Force. He also complimented the entire medical team for introducing Pre-Hospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS) pattern at par with the international standards, the advanced trends which brought laurels to the Medical Training Centre and the IAF. Later, the Air Marshal had an interactive session with all personnel of the medical establishments and complimented them for exhibiting exceptional professionalism in the field of patient care. In his address, the Air Officer expressed his confidence that medical fraternity will continue the yeoman service for the clientele with same dedication and devotion in the days to come. He urged air warriors to rededicate themselves while delivering highest level of patient care in this Amrit Kaal and take the organization and the country to greater heights.
