Kumar, a dedicated farmer hailing from Dundasanapura village, finds himself deeply frustrated and outraged as the disease-resistant paddy seeds he diligently sowed in his field failed to sprout even after two weeks of careful nurturing. His disillusionment stems from purchasing a packet of supposedly robust 495 variety seeds from Durgā Agritech in Hassan, via Siddamalleshwara Traders in Gundlupet town.

Despite investing substantial time and resources, Kumar’s efforts on an entire acre of land have been in vain. The seeds’ failure has led to significant financial losses, leaving him disheartened.

Upon approaching Siddamalleshwara Traders for clarification, Kumar was met with a disappointing and dismissive response, further deepening his frustration. In response to this distressing situation, Kumar is urging the agricultural authorities in Gundlupet and officials from the Department of Agriculture to intervene. He demands swift action against Siddamalleshwara Traders and Durgā Agritech, holding them accountable for providing defective seeds. Kumar’s plea also emphasizes the necessity of implementing preventive measures to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.
