Gali Janardhana Reddy’s KRPP party conducted a mass wedding as part of the Varamahalakshmi festival. Through this, the mining baron has once again gone to Varamahalakshmi. MLA Gali Janardana Reddy celebrated Varamahalakshmi festival with his family in a lavish manner. Janardhana Reddy used to conduct mass weddings on the pretext of Varamahalakshmi festival. Former Union Minister Lae Sushma Swaraj came to this wedding event, which was done with Reddy and Sriramulu.Mass weddings have been going on since the beginning and Sushma Swaraj started coming from 1999. Since then the political status of Sriramulu and Janardhana Reddy had strengthened. Sushma Swaraj came to Bellary till 2010.Sushma Swaraj did not come in 2011, that year Janardhana Reddy was arrested. A couple of years since then Sriramulu had a mass wedding. Then gave up. After giving up marriage and Varamahalakshmi Puja, Janardhana Reddy went down as fast as he rose in politics. This year again, on behalf of the KRPP party, Arunalakshmi lead the mass wedding. Through this, Janardana Reddy is trying to win over Varamahalakshmi and gain political supremacy, the public are expressing their views.
