Engineer turned filmmaker tackles Karnataka’s poor road infrastructure

An automobile engineer is turning filmmaker to tackle India’s crumbling infrastructure. Nehesh Poll, working under Radical Concepts Studio, is writing and directing his third film to inspire real-world change.

To kick off promotions, Poll showcased a unique road model at the S.E.A. College of Engineering. College officials quickly pledged their full support to his vision.

Poll, who also stars as an engineering student, explained that the plot centers around a high-stakes engineering competition. He noted that Karnataka suffers from India’s highest road tax, yet citizens still face terrible driving conditions despite paying hefty tolls. The movie proposes a bold climax where talented engineers design superior roads independently to save public money. Poll believes reel-life ideas can become reality. By launching this cinematic contest, he hopes to unite bright minds, fix broken streets, and drive society toward a brighter, fairer future
