Delhi Police have arrested four radicalised men from Maharashtra, Odisha and Bihar for allegedly planning terror attacks using an IED fitted in a toy car. Officials said the accused conducted recce of key locations and aimed to target crowded areas. An IED and related materials were seized during the operation. The group was reportedly active on encrypted platforms, spreading extremist ideology and recruiting members. Police said one accused had earlier visited Delhi and surveyed places like the Red Fort and India Gate.
