 Not allowed for deterioration of law and order in State: CM

Chief Minister Basavaraja Bommai said, "We will take precautionary measures to ensure that everybody lives in harmony and will not allow law and order to deteriorate for any reason.”
No law in any part of the state has ever been allowed to deteriorate.  The government has taken action to prevent the deterioration of law and order. We will also take all necessary steps to create a peaceful environment, he said. 
The opposition alleges that the government has created a hostile environment in the state. Everyone is comfortable. He said the government is committed to protect the life of the public. The CM walked in the middle when asked about the Halal boycott campaign which has escalated into a fierce conflict. 
Responding to a letter written by some literary persons requesting permission to wear hijab and take action against the persons indulged in destruction of communal harmony,  he said, "The letter has come to my notice  and a decision has to be taken about the points raised by them.  "You have to make a realistic decision about what the literary persons say.  The government will take all necessary decisions in this regard,” he said. 

Already the Nandini Ksheera project has been announced in the budget.  With the intention of having a economic organization for milk production and other activities, an amount of Rs 100 crores has been earmarked for starting a bank, which is the first in the country.  This will help the farmers involved in dairy farming to enhance their income, he said.

More than 26 lakh milk producers, 14900 milk producers’ societies and 15 milk federations are already working. This Milk Development Bank will create initiative for farmers to participate in economic activities actively.  It helps to improve the economic condition of the farmers, CM said.
