Manjunath, the JD(S) candidate from Hanur constituency, has filed his nomination papers and has total movable assets worth Rs 53,09,15,860, while his wife has Rs 6,43,13,235 and his daughter has Rs 16,51,151. And Rs 61,132 with his son. He has declared that he has movable property of value worth Rs 123.32 Crore and inherited assets worth Rs 62 crore. His wife has ancestral property worth Rs 71.5 crore. Manjunath has a debt of Rs 59 crore and his wife has a debt of Rs 1 crore.
When it comes to movable assets, there are no cars and other vehicles in the name of Manjunath. His daughter owns a car. He has 500 grams of gold and 3 kg of silver, 600 grams of gold and 3 kg of silver in his wife’s name, 100 grams of gold and 1 kg of silver in his daughter’s name.
Pritam Nagappa, the BJP candidate from Hanur constituency, has declared self-acquired assets worth Rs 1.45 crore and has declared ancestral assets worth Rs 1.67 crore, while his wife has Rs 35 lakh self-acquired assets and Rs 40 lakh in ancestral assets. He also received Rs 42 lakh. He said his wife had borrowed Rs 49 lakh.
The current market value of immovable assets is Rs 3.12 crore. His wife owns assets worth Rs 75 lakh.
