Samantha to team up with Vijay Deverakonda again for Shiva Nirvana’s next

Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Vijay Deverakonda’s apparent collaboration for an upcoming movie has set the gossip mills buzzing in the industry.
The recent report regarding the movie suggests an interesting backdrop for the duo’s possible collaboration. Samantha and Vijay Deverakonda’s upcoming movie will have a Kashmir backdrop, and most of its story will apparently be canned in the locales of Kashmir.
Shiva Nirvana, of ‘Ninnu Kori’, ‘Majili’, and ‘Tuck Jagadish’ movies, will direct Vijay Deverakonda for this yet-to-be-announced movie. Samantha is being considered to romance Vijay, while the team has kept all the details under the wraps for now.
Currently, Vijay Deverakonda awaits the release of his movie ‘Liger’, while Samantha’s epic love saga ‘Shaakuntalam’ will hit the screens later this year. Samantha is currently busy shooting for debutant director duo Hari – Harish’s Yashoda. Sivalenka Krishna Prasad is producing the film under his home banner Sridevi Movies. Sources say Sam will perform some difficult stunts in the upcoming movie. Yannick Ben, a Hollywood stuntman, has been brought in to train and choreograph stunts for the actress.
Vijay Deverakonda recently wrapped up shooting for ‘Liger’. The Puri Jagannadh’s directorial is billed as an action drama and will release on August 25. Starring Ananya Panday as the leading lady, the movie is about an underdog, who rises to become an MMA fighter, straight from the streets of Mumbai. America’s former professional boxer, Mike Tyson, Makrand Deshpande, Ronit Roy, Ramya Krishnan, and others will be seen in significant roles as well. ‘Liger’ is produced by Puri Jagannadh, Charmy Kaur, and Karan Johar under the banner of Dharma Productions in association with Puri Connects.
