The people must hold the neck strap of corporators and ask them to work, MP Prathap Simha suggested the public.
Showing anguish against the corporators, Prathap Simha who visited the affected areas due to rain and inspected, he was angry on the working of corporators, who have ignored to hear the problems of citizens and solve them.
Is the underground drainage is not right in your area? Is the garbage not removed in your area? Is the underground drainage water overflowing? If there any problems in your area, the public have to protest in front of corporators house. If I have to work as an corporator, there is no problem, I will do that. Airtel are allowed to dig road for installation of cable. They oppose for gas pipeline. The people must understand attitude of such persons. Now I give a call to the public, they must go to the corporators, hold their neck strap and ask them to work, I cannot come for everything, he said.
I have taken up work for removal of garbage at Vidyaranyapuram. On understanding that if it becomes greater Mysuru, such problems will get relief, I am giving priority for this. The citizens have to go in front of Corporators house and protest. Then only all works will get set right, he said.
