Reacting on the statement of Siddaramaiah that dalits loan will be waived if he becomes chief minister, agriculture minister BC Patil said that, Siddaramaiah is living in if period. He can fulfil his promise only if he becomes chief minister. The congress is indulged in stitching clothes before the child is born. It is definite that BJP will come to power in future also. Siddaramaiah does not have anything to tell about BJP. Siddaramaiah is not getting anything from our government. The people are being benefitted, he said.
  On fertilizer: There is no shortage of fertilizer in the state. The fertilizer is being sold at subsidized rates. Severe action will be taken against those create artificial shortage. Special squad has been formed to identify blackmarketeers. The officers have been instructed to submit a report on damages due to rain. Compensation will be paid based on the report. Officers are instructed to visit to the places which are damaged by rain, Patil said.
