‘Jatta’ actress Sukrutha Wagle joins A.P. Arjun’s ‘Martin’

A.P. Arjun and Dhruva Sarja’s reunion project ‘Martin’ is currently underway and has been making a lot of noise too. The makers have already roped in Vaibhavi Shandilya to play the female lead in the film with Anveshi Jain, the current social media sensation, playing a key role. Now, as per the recent reports, young actress Sukrutha Wagle joins the cast of the film to essay a crucial role in the action-entertainer.
Sukrutha Wagle, who began her career on a high with ‘Jatta’ and went to star in films ‘Bahuparaak’ and ‘Dayavittu Gamanisi’, is reportedly kicked about being part of the high profile project. Having been acquainted with producer Uday K. Mehta since the time she made her debut, she also reckons that landing a role such as this would be a huge boost to her career.
It wasn’t very long ago that A.P. Arjun and Co. cast Vaibhavi Shandilya to play the female lead in the film. Revealing that the ‘Gaalipata 2’ actress will be seen as a homely, sweet girl, director A.P. Arjun had shared that Vaibhavi would be part of a crucial schedule in Kashmir to cover the romantic segment of the film. The filmmaker was also all-praise for Vaibhavi Shandilya’s dedication towards the craft.
Hindi actress Anveshi Jain, who made her mark on OTT, joined the sets of ‘Martin’ a couple of months ago and has shared the update via social media. ‘Martin’ has been produced by Uday K. Mehta and Mani Sharma composes the music.
