Dr. Mohammad Muijju, the President of the Republic of Maldives, and First Lady Mrs. Sajida Muijju arrived in Bengaluru on Wednesday via a special flight from New Delhi. They were welcomed at Kempegowda International Airport by Dr. M.C. Sudhakar, the State Minister of Higher Education.
The delegation included several dignitaries, such as Chief Secretary Dr. Shalini Rajneesh, India’s High Commissioner to Maldives Munu Mahawar, Secretary of the Department of Personnel and Administrative Reforms Satyavathy G., Bangalore City Police Commissioner B. Dayananda, and Bangalore Rural District Collector Dr. N. Sivashankar, along with other senior officials.
