Expectations are soaring for Mammootty’s upcoming game thriller ‘Bazooka’, with the latest reports confirming the completion of its shoot. Directed by Deeno Dennis, the son of veteran scriptwriter Kaloor Dennis, the film has now moved into post-production, and an official release date announcement is expected soon.
On September 30, the makers were seen working on patch shoots in Cochin, with a picture of a stadium in Kochi circulating on social media. According to reports, ‘Bazooka’ is aiming for a grand Christmas release this year. Interestingly, Mohanlal’s ‘Barroz’ is also targeting a Christmas release, setting up a potential box office clash between two of the biggest stars in Malayalam cinema.
Directed by debutant Deeno Dennis, ‘Bazooka’ has already generated buzz, particularly after the release of a stylish teaser featuring Mammootty and Gautham Vasudev Menon. The teaser hints at a gripping cat-and-mouse game between the protagonist and the antagonists, filled with high-octane action.
