Director VN Aditya officially launched his new pan-Indian film, Phani, featuring Catherine Tresa, on Wednesday. The movie, described as an intense thriller, had its title revealed in Dallas. Dr. Thotakura Prasad officiated the title launch, and renowned producer Anil Sunkara unveiled the production banner.
Set entirely in America, Phani boasts an extensive cast, including Mahesh Sriram, Neha Krishna, Tanikella Bharani, Kasi Vishwanath, and more. Dr. Meenakshi Anipindu serves as the music director and producer under the OMG Productions banner.
Catherine Tresa expressed her excitement, saying, ‘The story of Phani intrigued me, and this role is a significant challenge. Working with VN Aditya has been a rewarding experience, and I admire his passion for filmmaking.’
VN Aditya, known for directing popular films like Manasantha Nuvve (2001), Nenuunnanu (2004), and Aata (2007), is making a comeback with Phani after a brief hiatus.
