Actor Riteish Deshmukh, known for his roles in Hindi and Marathi films, is sharing a delightful story about a one-horned rhino from a protected wildlife area, alongside his wife, Genelia Deshmukh.
On Sunday, Riteish posted a video on Instagram featuring live-action footage of a one-horned rhino couple combined with animation. He humorously remarked, ‘Don’t look at me like that; you’ll fall in love with me because I’m one in a thousand, a one-horned rhino. When I was born, doctors said, ‘Congratulations, a vulnerable species has been born!’ They named me ‘Biswajit,’ meaning the conqueror of the world.’
He introduced Sukani, Biswajit’s friend, sharing, ‘I always wanted a best friend, and I found Sukani.’
Genelia joined him as the voice of Sukani, and together they talked about their time together, how they ‘chill,’ and how Biswajit, voiced by Riteish, often sneaks food from Sukani’s plate. Riteish quipped, ‘I taste her food to see if it’s as good as mine!’
Recently, Riteish was seen cheering for his nephew at an event, with Genelia sharing a video of the moment on her Instagram Story. Avan, Riteish’s nephew, is the son of his brother Amit Deshmukh, an MLA and National Secretary of the All India Congress Committee.
On the work front, Genelia is preparing for her film ‘Sitaare Zameen Par’, featuring Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan, and has a Telugu movie titled ‘Junior’ in the works. Riteish is set to appear in ‘Raid 2’.
