Ritika, known for her debut alongside R Madhavan in ‘Irudhi Suttru/Saala Khadoos,’ shared that her role in ‘Bench Life’ is based on the personal journey of the show’s director, Manasa Sharma.

Ritika expressed: ‘My character in ‘Bench Life’ reflects Manasa Sharma’s own story. Watching her transition from a software engineer to a director was truly inspiring. It’s uplifting to see women pursue their dreams with passion, breaking societal expectations. Playing this role made me appreciate the bravery it takes to follow one’s heart.’
