On Wednesday morning, Anil Arora, father of actress Malaika Arora, reportedly died by suicide. However, there are conflicting reports suggesting it may have been an accident.
According to several sources, Anil Arora allegedly jumped from the third floor of his apartment building in Bandra, Mumbai, around 9:00 AM. After the incident, Malaika’s former husband, Arbaaz Khan, was seen outside her residence. Malaika is currently on her way back to Mumbai from Pune.
The body has been sent to Baba Hospital for a postmortem examination, and police are investigating the incident. More details are awaited as the situation is still developing.
Malaika Arora, who was born in Thane, Maharashtra, experienced her parents’ divorce when she was 11. Following the split, she moved to Chembur with her mother, Joyce Polycarp, and her sister, Amrita Arora. Her father, Anil Arora, was a Punjabi who served in the Indian Merchant Navy, while her mother is a Malayali Christian.
