Devi Sri Prasad talks challenges at Pushpa 2 pre-release event

Must read

Devi Sri Prasad, the celebrated composer of the upcoming pan-Indian action drama Pushpa 2, opened up about creative disagreements with the film’s producer during the grand pre-release event in Chennai on November 24. The film, starring Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna, is slated for release on December 5.

At the event, Devi Sri Prasad candidly revealed that while producer Ravi has a lot of admiration for him, their relationship has been marked by delays in his work. “Ravi brings more complaints than love,” he remarked, acknowledging their professional differences.

This is not the first time Devi Sri Prasad has faced challenges with the Pushpa team. He was previously replaced by GV Prakash Kumar for the Tamil project Good Bad Ugly, an Ajith-starrer by the same producers.

Despite the controversies, Devi Sri Prasad’s latest track Kissik from Pushpa 2 has received a warm reception. The upbeat dance number, featuring Allu Arjun and Sreeleela in a special appearance, has been released in multiple languages and is set to dazzle audiences on the big screen.

The film’s pre-release event, dubbed the “Wildfire” event, generated significant excitement, with Allu Arjun, Rashmika Mandanna, and Sreeleela in attendance. The team plans to continue their promotional tour across India to build momentum ahead of the film’s release. Pushpa 2 promises to be a thrilling addition to the franchise, with fans eagerly awaiting its arrival this December.
