The Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Seva Samiti has conducted a plantation program at the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) premises, aiming to enhance the environment with various fruit-bearing trees. This initiative is intended to make the ISRO campus more attractive and supportive of its leading scientists.
During the event, ISRO Director Shalini Giri, who is also the president of the APJ Abdul Kalam Seva Samiti, was honored with a model of Chandrayaan 3.
The program was attended by key figures including ISTRAC Director B.N. Ramakrishna, Associate Director Anil Kumar, Deputy Directors Rupa MV and Nandini Srinath, along with other committee leaders.
