First Look Of ‘Toofaan’ Unveiled

R Chandrakanth’s upcoming film has undergone a title change from Bhairya KA-07 to Toofaan. The movie stars debutant Roshan in the lead role, with Anusha Rai playing a character with three different shades. Set in 1994, Toofaan is a gripping tale of revenge, with Chandrakanth not only directing but also writing the story, screenplay, and dialogues.

Toofaan is Roshan’s dream project, says Chandrakanth. Roshan brought the story to me and insisted I direct it. We have completed fifty percent of the shoot and presented a teaser at the producer’s request. We changed the title from Bhairya to Toofaan to add a unique twist, with Bhairya being the hero’s name.

Produced by Sharifa Begum Nadaf under the SR Movies banner, the film is currently in production. The first look was unveiled by noted lyricist Kaviraj. With music composed by Sachin Basrur, Toofaan aims for a pan-India release.

Roshan expressed their ambitious plans, stating, We are planning a massive release across over a thousand centers in India. The film’s cast includes Bhishma Ramaiah as the antagonist, with Rangayana Raghu, Ashwin Haasan, Surya Praveen, Ayyappa Sharma, and B Suresh in supporting roles. Cinematography for Toofaan is handled by Gangu.
