Abhishek Sharma, in his second T20I against Zimbabwe, achieved a notable turnaround in his international career with his first century in the shortest format. Former all-rounder Yuvraj Singh praised Abhishek for his performance. Abhishek had a tough start to his T20I journey, beginning with a duck in his debut. However, in the second match, he displayed strong batting skills, starting aggressively and hitting a six to begin his innings. His century, scored in 47 balls, included seven fours and eight sixes. The BCCI later shared a video of Abhishek speaking with Yuvraj, who mentored him. Yuvraj expressed pride in Abhishek and anticipated more centuries.
