Many passengers report difficulty in securing a direct metro train to Whitefield station, with most trains terminating at Garudacharpalya. This forces commuters to transfer to another train on the same line to reach their destination.
The issue has sparked complaints from regular metro users, who find the additional transfers burdensome, especially during rush hours. They allege that the current arrangement disrupts their travel plans and adds unnecessary time to their commutes.
