The Abu Dhabi Sports Council (ADSC) is set to host the third season of the World Tennis League (WTL) at the renowned Etihad Arena from December 19 to 22. This unique event combines top-tier tennis with spectacular musical performances. The second season of WTL, held last year, achieved immense popularity and global media attention.
The four-day event featured tennis stars like Daniil Medvedev, Stefanos Tsitsipas, Andrey Rublev, Aryna Sabalenka, Iga Swiatek, and Elena Rybakina. The entertainment lineup included global music icons 50 Cent, Akon, and Ne-Yo, delivering unforgettable performances both on and off the court.
The PBG Eagles, with players Daniil Medvedev, Andrey Rublev, Mirra Andreeva, and Sofia Kenin, won the WTL 2023 championship. The event drew over 20,000 attendees and was broadcast live in more than 125 countries, showcasing world-class artists at the Etihad Arena on Yas Island.
As preparations for the third season are in full swing, Abu Dhabi is once again ready to host the Greatest Show on Court. The new lineup of tennis stars will be announced soon. The Abu Dhabi Sports Council, the Department of Culture and Tourism (DCT), and Miral continue their three-year commitment to support the World Tennis League.
