Ever since the trailer of ‘Kalki 2898 AD’ was unveiled, the film’s team, including Amitabh Bachchan, Deepika Padukone, and Prabhas, has been praised by fans and celebrities. Actor Alia Bhatt also shared her reaction by reposting Prabhas’s post on her Instagram stories, expressing her excitement.

The intriguing trailer was released by the makers on Monday evening. Directed by Nag Ashwin, this post-apocalyptic film is inspired by Hindu scriptures and is set in the year 2898 AD. The trailer depicts a futuristic reimagining of the Mahabharat with a dystopian twist.

Kamal Haasan and Disha Patani are also part of the film. ‘Kalki 2898 AD’ has become a highly discussed production of 2024.

Recently, at an event in Hyderabad, Prabhas made a notable entrance in a sports car amid fireworks and applause from the crowd. The actor introduced a new character, Bujji, a tiny robot controlled by the brain and voiced by Keerthy Suresh. Bujji is expected to add a new dimension to the storyline. Last month, during an Indian Premier League (IPL) match between Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) and Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB), the makers shared a teaser of Amitabh Bachchan’s look from the sci-fi dystopian film.
