The official release date for the film ‘Lucky Baskhar’, starring Dulquer Salmaan, has been unveiled by the makers. Dulquer Salmaan shared the news and a new poster on Instagram on Wednesday. The poster features Dulquer posing with cars, dressed in black pants and a grey shirt. In the film, Dulquer plays the role of a simple bank cashier, portraying a never-before-seen character. Set in the late 1980s and early 1990s, the movie chronicles the life journey of the bank cashier, Lucky Baskhar. Recently, the teaser of the film was released on Eid, showcasing Baskhar’s journey to acquiring a fortune.

Directed by writer-director Venky Atluri, the film stars Meenakshi Chaudhary opposite Dulquer Salmaan. Renowned composer GV Prakash Kumar is composing the music, while ace cinematographer Nimish Ravi is handling the visuals. National Award-winning production designer Banglan and editor Navin Nooli are also part of the project. ‘Lucky Baskhar’ is set to release worldwide in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, and Hindi on September 27.
